Elections

The City of Oak Park Heights has one polling place: City Hall at 14168 Oak Park Boulevard North. 

To request an absentee ballot by mail, a voter must complete the absentee ballot application form found on the Minnesota Secretary of State's website at https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/ABRegistration/ABRegistrationStep1.aspx.

Candidate filing is open July 14 - July 28. The City is accepting applications for candidacy for the following offices:

Special Election

Mayor - term through December 31, 2028

Council Member - term through December 31, 2028

Regular Election

Two Council Members - term through December 31, 2030
