Park Shelter Reservations

The shelters at Autumn Hills Park, Brekke Park, Cover Park, and Valley View Park may be reserved for your next event/group gathering from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through September 30 of each year. We begin taking reservations at 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday of each year for the current calendar year. Shelters are first-come/first-served October 1 through the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend.

To reserve a park shelter, please complete the park shelter reservation form below.  No reservation is finalized until the form below has been submitted and approved by City staff.  You may either drop the form off at City Hall or mail it to 14168 Oak Park Blvd N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082, along with the required fee(s).

Alcohol is prohibited in any City park unless you have first obtained an Alcohol Use and Consumption Permit from the City of Oak Park Heights in conjunction with your shelter reservation.  The application fee is $15.00 and is non-refundable.  The application form can be found below.
