Food Truck Event Permit

No food trucks are allowed on public property. If a private property owner wishes to host a food truck, they need to complete a Food Truck Event Application form. There is no fee for a permit.

If only one mobile food unit will be utilized for the event, the property owner must seek permission not less than 10 calendar days prior to the event.

For any special event that desires operation of more than one mobile food unit(s) and/or operates for more than one day, the property owner shall apply not less than sixty calendar days prior to any event. The City Council may place restrictions and contingencies on such permit so as to protect the general health, safety and welfare of the community.
