Planning and Zoning
The City Planner or Consulting Firm shall advise the Council on all matters pertaining to or affecting community development and planning in the City, is responsible for the preparation and update of plans, including a comprehensive municipal plan and area land use plans, review applications, and attend City Meetings.
The City contracts The Planning Company for its planning needs.
