NEW ONLINE ANONYMOUS TIPS FORM

An anonymous tips form has been created on the City's website for citizens to notify the City of Oak Park Heights Police Department of suspicious activities, crimes, or related concerns. Your tip is completely anonymous.

To submit an anonymous tip, click here or on the anonymous tips link on the left-hand side of the screen. Fill out the form, providing as much detail as possible, and click submit.

You will have the option of including your name, phone number, and e-mail address if you wish to be contacted.

SPRING CLEAN-UP

The City of Oak Park Heights' Spring Clean-Up is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the former St. Croix Mall parking lot (Andersen Corp).

Items accepted include household waste, appliances, construction materials, furniture and yard waste.

Hazardous waste, firewood and tires are not accepted.

Please call City Hall at 651-439-4439 or the city's waste hauler, Veolia, at 651-459-3029 for more information.

Proof of residency is required (photo ID with current address, or if the address on the photo ID is not current, photo ID plus current utility bill).

Landscaping for Wildlife Seminar

On Tues. May 6th, from 7:00-8:00 p.m., the Arborist for Oak Park Heights and Stillwater, Dr. Kathy Widin, will present a seminar on “Landscaping for Wildlife”. The program will be held at Family Means Center, 1875 Northwestern Ave., Stillwater.. This program will include information on the requirements of wildlife for food, nesting and shelter, and the native trees, shrubs, and flowers which can attract wildlife to your yard. The seminar is free and open to the public. Come and learn about plants and other features which can make your yard a haven for wildlife.
